Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that since many of our initial necklaces are made-to-order, there is a processing time of 2-3 business days before your package is dispatched.
Can I return a personalized initial necklace?
While we accept returns on all standard items within 30 days, custom-made initial pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your letter selection before placing an order.
